Cancellation Policy
🔸 Cancellations:
I kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This allows me time to fill your spot and accommodate other clients.
🔸 Late Cancellations (Less than 24 hours):
A 50% service fee may be charged for cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice.
🔸 No-Shows:
Clients who do not show up for their appointment without notice will be charged 100% of the service and may be required to prepay for future bookings.
🔸 Tardiness:
Please arrive on time. If you’re running more than 10 minutes late, I may need to reschedule or adjust your service, and a late fee may apply.
